Application examples for suction lances in use
In disinfection modules, our suction lances ensure that liquids are reliably pumped and refilled in good time. The integrated float switch detects empty levels at an early stage and thus protects against operational interruptions.
Mobile cleaning devices
Our lances with non-return valve, filter and ventilation are used in devices for surface or vehicle cleaning. Medium is reliably drawn in even when containers are almost empty - without any air bubbles or pump failures.
Chemical industry
For aggressive media, we manufacture suction lances with PVDF components and specially adapted seals. This ensures safe and long-lasting extraction even with highly reactive liquids.
Household appliance construction
In refill systems for dishwashers and washing machines, our suction lances provide a compact, clean and maintenance-free solution - ideal for OEM applications with tight installation spaces.
Laboratory and dosing technology
For high-precision dosing tasks, we supply suction lances with customized connections, individual lengths and sensitive fill level detection - reliable even for the smallest volumes.
Hygiene technology
In systems for surface disinfection or room hygiene, our suction lances with KTW-compliant plastics guarantee a hygienically perfect and safe media supply.

Why suction lances with sensors work so well
The integrated float switch allows the current fill level to be detected and passed on - for example to a control system that switches off the pump. The function is mechanically simple, but technically sophisticated: a magnet in the float activates a reed contact inside the pipe.
This produces a clear signal - contactless, maintenance-free and precise.
Questions and answers about suction lances
What is the maximum length of a suction lance?
Depending on the application, we manufacture suction lances between 10 and 120 cm in length. The optimum length depends on the type of canister and the position of the desired switching point.
Can I integrate a suction lance into existing systems?
Yes, our suction lances can be mechanically and electrically integrated into many existing systems - thanks to suitable connections and optional plug solutions.
Which liquids can be pumped with your suction lances?
From water and oils to highly aggressive chemicals - we select materials and seals to suit the medium.
Are there suction lances with a non-return valve?
Yes, on request we can integrate non-return valves or filter elements to prevent the backflow of liquids or the ingress of particles.
How does the integrated float switch work?
A reed contact is located inside the tube, which is activated by the magnet integrated in the float. This creates a contactless switching signal - without an external power supply.
How quickly can suction lances be delivered?
Standardized variants are usually available at short notice. For customer-specific requirements, the delivery time is between 2 and 4 weeks, depending on the complexity.
