An example: For a customer in the medical technology sector, we manufacture pre-assembled sensor cables with M12 connectors, potted transition and tested shielding. In addition to electrical quality, media resistance to cleaning agents was particularly important here. Thanks to the combination of coordinated material, suitable connectors and internal assembly, we were able to implement the specifications exactly - including endurance bending test and series release.

Which cable types are processed?
We assemble PVC, PUR, FEP and silicone cables in various cross-sections and lengths - depending on the temperature range and operating environment.
Are ready-made plug-in systems also possible?
Yes, we offer M8, M12, mini-DIN, round or flat connectors as well as individual special solutions - also with potting or shrink sleeve protection.
Can small quantities be produced?
Naturally. We manufacture from just a few units - ideal for prototypes, pilot series or replacement systems.
How is electrical quality ensured?
Each assembly is electrically tested - for continuity, short circuit and contact resistance. With a documented test report on request.
Is the cable assembly suitable for damp or chemical environments?
Yes, we offer materials with high media resistance and carry out optional leak tests up to IP68.
