Our solution
A specially developed injection molding tool with inserts for different geometries. The tool was created within a few weeks - including sample approval and the start of series production.

In the field of hygiene technology, a float switch was required that is installed in particularly shallow tanks. The challenge: very low installation height with simultaneous protection against chemicals. The result: a newly designed tool for a slim, chemical-resistant plastic housing with optimized switching geometry - developed and manufactured in our toolmaking department.
