For a customer in the water treatment sector, we manufactured a level sensor that had to be both resistant to chemicals and mechanically robust.
The solution: a specially adapted plastic with KTW approval, processed in a customized injection mould from our in-house toolmaking department.
The result: high accuracy of fit, safe operation and fast project implementation without the need for third-party companies.
Absolute dimensional accuracy was also required for a sensor assembly for medical technology - and for a housing with a particularly thin wall thickness. Thanks to internal coordination between development, plastics processing and assembly, we were able to implement all requirements quickly and reproducibly.

Can individual housing shapes be realized?
Absolutely. In combination with our toolmaking department, we manufacture molded parts exactly according to your specifications - even for special shapes.
