Job: Team Leader Production (m/f/d)

Immediately - training completed - full-time: 39 hours per week - permanent
Would you like to take on responsibility, play an active role in shaping production processes
and develop yourself in the long term? Then you've come to the right place!
We are a growing, family-run medium-sized company in the technical field -
with strong products, short decision-making processes and a team that sticks together.

Your tasks  

  • Leadership and support of a team of approximately 6–9 employees
  • Control, monitoring, and optimization of our production processes
  • Quality assurance and continuous process improvements
  • Working in production and testing to familiarize yourself with the processes
  • Outlook: Overall production management in 3–5 years

Your profile  

  • Master's degree in electrical engineering or a comparable technical qualification
  • Leadership skills, team orientation, clear communication
  • Structured, solution-oriented way of working
  • Good ERP and PC skills (MS Office)
  • Very good knowledge of German
