Can the float switches be integrated directly into drinking water tanks?
Yes, we use materials with drinking water approval - such as PP or PE with KTW-BWGL and DVGW-W270 certification. These are also suitable for hot water applications up to 85 °C.
How is media compatibility ensured for suction lances?
We select the material of the suction lance depending on the medium. We offer suitable plastics and seals for decalcifying, chlorinated or alcohol-based liquids. Tests and recommendations are available from us on request.
Can several switching points be realized in one float switch?
Yes, our multi-stage float switches can cover up to three switching points - for minimum fill level, operating point and overfill protection, for example. These are positioned individually in the riser pipe.
Is it possible to retrofit existing household appliances?
In many cases, yes. We supply mechanically and electrically compatible sensors that can be integrated without the need to adapt the housing. We would be happy to check your existing design and make suggestions for optimization.
How is the electrical connection made in series production?
Optionally with open cable, pre-assembled plug (e.g. AMP, Molex, M12) or blade receptacle - to match the electronics of your device. Length, sheath material and number of cores according to specification.
Can small quantities be produced economically?
Yes, our production is designed for flexibility. We realize special solutions efficiently, even for small quantities. Tools, cable assembly and installation are all carried out in-house - short distances, short times.
