Automation with sensor technology that simply works
The challenges of automation
Problems often arise as early as the planning phase:

Our solution for your automation
Whether float switches, suction lances, flow monitors, reed sensors, or relays: we combine precise measurement technology with practical implementation – ready to install, reliable, and suitable for long-term use. Our sensors operate without auxiliary power, are wear-free, and can be easily integrated – even for small series or tight schedules.

Advantages of our sensor technology for automation
Because we don't just supply components, we deliver well-designed sensor solutions with measurable added value:
Cost certainty
Reliability
Simple integration
Fast implementation
Maintenance-free
Scalability
Project examples from practice
Household appliances: Miniaturized float switches for controlling the water level in steam cookers - ready for connection with M12 plug, easy to install and integrated into series production.
Mechanical engineering: Flow monitor for an automated cooling line that switches reliably at just 0.1 l/min - without electronics, without deviation, without maintenance.
Such projects show what is possible when function and production are considered together.

Why our solution works so well
FAQ on sensor technology in automation
Which sensors are suitable for automated cleaning processes with chemicals?
We recommend chemical-resistant float switches or suction lances made of PVDF or stainless steel. These are insensitive to cleaning agents and disinfectants and can be easily integrated into existing devices.
Can your sensors be operated without control electronics?
Yes, many of our sensors - such as magnetic flow monitors - work completely without an external power supply. This simplifies integration considerably and reduces susceptibility to faults.
How is a sensor mechanically installed in the system?
Our sensors are available in many designs: with thread, flange, screw cap or bayonet lock. The right variant depends on your container or device - we will be happy to advise you on the optimum design.
Is it possible to combine several functions in one sensor?
Yes, for example, fill level and temperature can be recorded in one float switch. We also combine media extraction and level detection in one component for suction lances - space-saving and efficient.
How does the sampling process work?
You send us your requirements (medium, geometry, connection type, etc.). We develop a solution, deliver a functional sample on request and support you right through to approval - quickly and reliably.
Do you also supply small quantities?
Absolutely. Thanks to our vertical integration, we can implement individual solutions economically, even for small batch sizes. And the quality remains the same - 100% tested, ready for installation and documented.
